1.2 When you purchase a test, you are purchasing the following: a sample kit for sample collection choice, pre-paid postage to send your sample back to the laboratory, analysis of your sample in our top accredited laboratory, results sent to you discreetly to your chosen email address once data has been reviewed by a senior biomedical doctor and any comments and interpretation of results made.

1.3 By placing an order on this website you are accepting what we aim to guarantee but also accept that we are unable to guarantee events beyond our control as outlined in clause 10

1.4 By purchasing a test and sending a sample back for testing, you are giving Preganclinic and its partnered laboratories your informed consent to perform the tests you have ordered.



2.1 To enable us to effectively provide your chosen test and any comments and interpretation of result, you are given the opportunity to complete a short medical questionnaire in your PregnaClinic.com account.

2.2 This medical questionnaire asks for basic history, current concerns, family health issues, details of symptoms you may be suffering and lifestyle.

2.3 It is not compulsory to provide this information but It may assist us to provide a more relevant interpretation and commentary of your tests results.

2.4 Any personal information that is collected from the medical questionnaire and/or test results will be used solely in relation to the interpretation of the test(s) you have purchased from PregnaClinic. By placing an order you consent to allowing us to pass on any or all relevant information onto our partnered laboratories and/or employees for the purpose of preparing your sample and analysing and interpreting your test results.

2.5 None of your personal information will be passed onto your doctor or any third party, and only to the parties as set out in clause 2 pt 2.4

2.6 Please take time to read our privacy policy as it includes important terms which apply to you.

2.7 There may be at times we may need further information from you to accurately interpret your tests and we would email you at the discreet email address you provide upon ordering the test.



3.1 Based on the results of your test(s) and/or information that you have provided to us, we may recommend that you purchase a follow-up test and/or you see your GP for further investigation

3.2 If, for any reason, we are unable to perform a test you have ordered, we will inform you by email or phone and will not send an acceptance confirmation.

3.3 You must send samples collected as soon as you take it in our prepaid envelope we provide you to our laboratory for analysis. Failure to do so may lead to deterioration of your sample which could affect the accuracy of your tests results. We do not accept responsibility for results that are compromised due to delays in returning sample.

3.4 Let us know you have sent your sample as soon as you do, so we are aware to expect your sample, by logging on to your account and confirming your sample was sent. This enables us to track your order and ensure timely delivery of results.

3.5 Occasionally the laboratory may be unable to test samples sent to them. ?If the reasons are not due to a delay in the samples sent back to us once you obtained it and due to reasons such as ?insufficient sample collected for full analysis, sample has clotted or haemolysed. If the laboratory cannot test your sample for such reasons, we will send you a second sample collection kit free of charge to repeat the process.

3.6 We do not accept responsibility for samples lost in the post. If you are concerned that your usual postal service will not result in next day delivery, we recommend that you return your sample using guaranteed next-day service. This will be at your cost.

3.7 The tests results that we provide you are guaranteed to be analysis and obtained from an accredited laboratory



4.1 You may pay for any PregnaClinic test via PayPal by using a debit or credit card and this includes MasterCard, visa, American express, visa electron, switch, solo , Maestro or JCB




5.1 The price of the products will be as quoted on our website at the time you submit your order.

5.2 We reserve the right to change the pricing of our tests which may occur from time to time. Prices changes will not affect any order you have already placed.

5.3 If you choose to return any samples to our laboratory via recorded or guaranteed next day delivery you will do so at your own cost5.



6.1 After your payment has been processed and you have received an acceptance order confirmation we will send you a testing kit by first class post along with a prepaid first class envelope to send sample back. You should receive this within two working days. However, for factors out of our control, please refer to clause 10, we do not guarantee that the testing kit will arrive within two working days.

6.2 Delivery of a testing kit shall be completed upon our first attempt to deliver it to the address you have provided and the testing kit and sample will be your responsibility from that time until it reaches our laboratory for analysis.

6.3 If you lose or damage your testing kit, we will send you a replacement kit subject to payment by you of £5.99 to cover the cost of doing so.

6.4 If your testing kit arrives in the post damaged, we will send you a replacement kit as soon as you notify us free of charge.



7.1 Every PregnaClinic test has a corresponding turnaround time which is an approximate time it will take for your sample, once received by the laboratory, to be tested and the results sent to you via your chosen email address (Turnaround Time).

7.2 This time is estimated in working days and it is not binding on us and we do not guarantee that the test results will be available in the published time. If we need additional information from yourself before commenting and interpreting test results, the time you will receive the results will change to account for the time you send us the additional information we require and time we need to interpret and study your results following the receipt of this additional information. If you purchase multiple tests in one order we may, in certain circumstances, make results available to you when all the test results have been received from the laboratory. The longest turnaround time for all the tests ordered will apply in this case.

7.3 There is Turnaround time express available with some of our Preganclinic tests which means that the tests results will be made available to you without any commentary or interpretation to accompany your results. This Turnaround Time is shorter and ideal for someone who has already made arrangements for their results or be assessed by their GP or other related professional. By choosing this turnaround time express service you agree that you will share any test results that are outside of the normal range with your GP or a qualified medical professional. You further agree that failure to do, PregnaClinic will not be liable.



8.1 You can cancel your order at any time before a sample collection kit has been dispatched to you and receive a full refund, known as cancellation period.

8.2 You can cancel your order up to the time you receive a confirmation email,which is titled “Order Update” and test kit is dispatched. Once your testing kit has been despatched you cannot cancel your order as the kit is customised for you.

8.4 Your legal right to cancel your order starts from the date you receive the acceptance confirmation (the date in which we email you confirmation of your order acceptance).

8.5 To cancel your order, please send us an email to info@pregnaclinic.com. Your cancellation is effective from the date you send us the email. You will have given us notice in time as long as you send your email before midnight on the last day of the cancellation period.

8.6 If you cancel your contract within the cancelation period, you are entitled to a full refund (before sample is dispatched to you), we will refund you within 7 working days of receiving your cancellation request. Your cancellation is effective from the date you send us the email. You will have given us notice in time as long as you send your email before midnight on the last day of the cancellation period

8.7 The test is valid for 2 months (the active period) from the date we post the testing kit to you. If you do not send the sample to the laboratory within this active period your sample will expire and it will not be tested


9.1 The tests you purchase from us are for private use only and you agree not to use the products for any commercial purposes. We are not liable to you for any loss of profit, loss of business or revenue

9.2 Our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for our service and tests. We are not liable to you for any costs, delay, inconvenience or damage you suffer as a result of:

a. The sample you send being lost , delayed or ?damaged in transit or via post from you to us

b. The laboratory being unable to test your sample for any reason, where the maximum liability to you would be the cost of the test at the time of your order.

c. Any injury you may suffer when using finger prick lancets

d. Test results not being made available to you within the turnaround time stated for any test.

e. Your failure to follow instructions provided to you in relation to sample collection

f. Your failure to act upon our advice if we recommend that you seek medical advice or follow up actions after having taken a test.

g. Your failure to show out of range test results or concerning results to your GP or other related professional if you opt to receive express results without them being reviewed.

h. Loss or damage that is not foreseeable

i. Events outside out control as described in clause 10

9.3 We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of the terms outlined here or our negligence. ?Loss and damage is foreseeable if is an obvious consequence of our breach or it is was contemplated by you and us at the time your placed your order and purchased the test(s).

9.4 It is you?re responsibly to ensure the relevant samples has been collected and sent to our laboratory within the active period (see clause 8 pt 8.8) and to notify us by logging into your PregnaClinic account and telling as soon as you send the sample back to our laboratory for analysis.

9.5 We do not in any way exclude or limit our liability for:

a. Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

b. Any ?breach of the terms implied by section 12 of the sale of goods Act 1979 as amended by the customer rights act 2015

c. Any breach of the terms implied by section 9 to 11 of the customer rights act 2015 (description, satisfactory quality, fitness for purposes and sample)

d. Defective products under the consumer protection act 1987



10.1 We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of any of our obligations to you upon the order and purchase of one or more tests, that is caused by any act or event beyond our reasonable control (?events outside our control?).

10.2 If an event outside our control takes place that effects the performance of our obligations to you upon you purchase of one or more tests we will contact you as soon as reasonable possible to notify you

10.3 Our obligations to you upon your purchase our one or more of our tests will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the event outside our control.

10.4 Where the event outside our control affects our delivery of testing kits to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you once the event out of our control is resolved. If your test kit has not arrived within 7 days of your initial order due to delay in delivery service, we will dispatch another test kit free of charge.

10.5 You are entitled to cancel an order paid for already that is affected by an event outside our control which has continued for more than 30 days. To cancel, please contact us on info@preganclinic.com. If you opt to cancel, we will refund in full the total price you have paid for your contract


11.1 We may amend the terms and conditions from time to time and reserve the right to do so.

11.2 At the time of your purchase of a test, the current terms at the time for placing the order will apply.

11.3 If we have to revise the Terms and conditions as they apply to your order, we will contact you to give you reasonable advance notice of the changes and what orders will be affected. You have the right to cancel your order If you are not happy with the change in the terms and conditions and we will issue a full refund regardless whether you have or have not yet received the sample kit.



12.1 The terms and conditions you enter and agree when purchasing a test or tests is between PregnaClinic and yourself. No person shall have any right to enforce any of the terms, whether under the rights of Third Parties Act 1999 or otherwise.

12.2 Each of the paragraphs of the Terms and conditions operate separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

12.3 If we fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under the terms and conditions set upon you when you purchase one of more tests, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, that will not mean we have waived our rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations.

12.4 If we do waive a default by you, we will only do so in writing and that will not mean we will automatically waive any other default by you.

12.5 Terms and conditions set here are governed by English law. This means upon your purchase of one or more tests through our site and any dispute or claim arises as a consequence will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

13.3 Our comments are based on information available to us at the time, which information may be insufficient to gain a complete understanding of your health status or a particular condition you may be suffering from. If you have any concerns regarding your health or your test results you should discuss them directly with your GP or a doctor.


14.1 Preganclinic own the copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you will need written consent by us to use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non?commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited.

14.2 You may not create any link to this website without prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use of it by anyone else.

14.3 While we will use reasonable efforts to verify the accuracy of any information we upload on the PregnaClinic website, we make no guarantees in relation to its accuracy.
