Amenorrhoea is the absence of menstruation. , and can be categorized as primary or secondary.
Secondary amenorrhea occurs when monthly menstrual flow ceases in a woman who has had regular periods. 10 – 20 per cent of women complaining of infertility have amenorrhoea.

There are multiple causes of secondary amenorrhea, but many involve imbalances of
Oestradiol -? Is a female sex?hormone which is produced in the ovaries of women. Low levels of oestradiol in women can lead to osteoporosis,?problems with the menstrual cycle
FSH- Measuring the amount of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) in your blood can determine if your ovaries are working properly.
Prolactin- is a hormone which is produced in the pituitary gland and plays a role in reproductive health. Raised levels in a woman who isn’t pregnant or breastfeeding can signal?fertility problems as well as irregular periods.
LH -Raised LH in women can signal that you are not ovulating, that you are menopausal or that your hormones are not in balance (as with polycystic ovaries).
